Ray came on time. He checked drainage into septic tank. He was honest about what he could asses at this time. I would call on him again when problem becomes clearer or when I have another plumbing problem.

I needed a plumber in an emergency, didn’t know who to call . I chose Griggs plumbing and boy am I glad I did . They sent someone out told me that he would call me 1/2 hr before arriving. He called explaining he would be there in 30 minutes check out the problem and give me a quote. He did exactly what he said and repaired it the same day ! He was very friendly, explained everything he had to do and for the price quoted. Great service. I know who to call from now on . Thank you Griggs !
