Griggs was able to send out an employee, Dominic, on the same day we called. Dominic explained to us what the problem and gave us two options for repair. He had to order parts. Came back a few weeks and made repairs in under one hour. Dominic was very professional and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend Griggs.

I had an urgent situation where ab outside faucet broke off requiring that we turn off the water main. It called Griggs and they said they would have someone out in an hour and a half; and the did! Got my sorted out and water back on. I have used them for just shy of twenty years on several occasions and this has always been the level of service

We had sewage flooding our bathrooms which was pretty gross. Connor was out in less than 2 hours after our call to Griggs and quickly cleared up the problem.
