About Us

Griggs Plumbing, in Bradenton, FL, is the leading plumber serving Manatee and Sarasota counties since 1924. Our Story

Griggs Plumbing is the second oldest plumbing company in the country, established in 1924. The company was originally established by two brothers, one of whom had a plumbing shop and the other who did metal work. They sold the company to Bill Strickle, who is the current business owner's grandfather. Bill's son-in-law was his son, and then it was passed down through three generations of the family. At Griggs Plumbing, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business that has grown over the years to become one of the most trusted names in plumbing services.
