Luis and another gentleman came and flushed my hot water heater, explained how it all works, and gave a courtesy checkup to all other water sources in and outside the house. Very good quality service!

Griggs was able to send out an employee, Dominic, on the same day we called. Dominic explained to us what the problem and gave us two options for repair. He had to order parts. Came back a few weeks and made repairs in under one hour. Dominic was very professional and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend Griggs.
