I just want to say that I am very glad that I called Griggs when my hot water heater bit the dust. Dominic was super knowledgeable in explaining things and getting a new hot water heater installed the same day he came out for an estimate. I want everyone to know that you’re in good hands with the folks at Griggs! If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Griggs plumbing is great! They came right out and fixed my garbage disposal right away. Lee was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend them and especially Lee to anyone. I hope he gets a big raise, he deserves it.

I’d like to give Griggs Plumbing a 5 star review!! We had a wonderful experience with them from start to finish! The person that answered the phone was kind, courteous, helpful and patient. We called on a Saturday and they were here Monday morning! The gentleman who came to do the estimate and repair was just as friendly, courteous, kind, professional as the person that answered the phone. Our problem was solved in a few hours. We felt like we were fairly charged for the labor performed and there was nothing hidden. Everything was communicated up front or during the repair! Great company! They even sent us a thank you card afterwards! You just don’t see this level of service anymore!! My husband and I are thrilled and so pleased! Thank you!!!
